HK series adopts integrated one-piece stamped thin steel outer cup, directly pressed into housing interference hole without extra snap rings or positioning sleeves to simplify assembly work.
Stamped thin steel cage evenly separates dense needle rollers to realize ultra-high radial bearing capacity under ultra-narrow radial cross-section. Matching installation shaft surface must be quenched to HRC60–64 and mirror superfinished to act as inner raceway. This series only bears pure radial load, widely used for miniature gearboxes, handheld power tools, textile tension rollers, automation sliding components, micro hydraulic valves and light agricultural machinery transmission assemblies with strict radial space limits.
