GQZ FF-2010 Single Row Flat Cage Linear Needle Roller Assembly 32×10×2mm For Linear Sliding Guide

FF-2010 belongs to standard FF series flat linear needle roller assembly. It consists of cylindrical needle rollers installed inside a flat nylon retainer, single row arrangement.

This component works between two flat raceway surfaces to realize reciprocating linear sliding movement. It only bears vertical radial load, not suitable for rotary motion. The retainer keeps rollers evenly spaced, avoids roller friction collision and maintains stable sliding performance.

ZW represents double-row type; base model FF is single-row structure. Widely adopted for precision moulds, automation linear guide structures, testing equipment and low-speed flat reciprocating machinery.
